Review Of Build A Biz Challenge

BeBiz.jpg

My last post was to inform you about Derek Gehl’s ‘Build a Biz Challenge’.

I have watched all 4 videos to this challenge and thoroughly enjoyed the event.

If you haven’t yet seen these excellent videos then you can still view them here:

www.marketingtips.com/xtreme-challenge/t/863640

First of all, I have never seen a video series documenting the process of building an online business through selling an information product. In this case an ebook.

Sure there are tons of written products and even audio versions, but not a video series. And it lasted just short of 4 hours!

This is quality, free information that is worth your time.

Here’s what the 4 day challenge entailed:

DAY #1: Find your niche and a product to sell

This video shows how Derek went through the process of finding a potentially profitable niche market.

I was impressed with this part because it shows how and why Derek chose his niche – ‘Mountain Bike Repair Tips.’

He actually researched 2 other niche markets and rejected them before he decided upon mountain bike repair tips.

He even shows the research process of the other 2 niche markets and why he rejected them.

DAY #2: Write salescopy that gets people to BUY

An interesting video that again lets you watch over Derek’s shoulder while he writes a compelling sales page. Hey, you can even copy the basic layout for your own projects!

DAY #3: Build a website that WORKS!

This video goes into detail on how to get a website up and running including graphics, domain name, hosting, etc.

DAY #4: Start driving traffic with PPC and SEO

This video is just great, because even if you don’t use the BeBiz software that Derek is using (promoting), he still shows you how to use the best, proven methods to drive traffic to your website – paid and free.

These 4 videos target 1 business model – Selling Information products.

If you haven’t yet decided on a business model for your online business and were contemplating selling info products, I strongly suggest you watch these videos.

Of course Derek wants you to  purchase the BeBiz software that he uses to produce his ebook.

Here’s my opinion of the BeBiz software:

If you are just starting and have approx $47 to invest each month with an initial outlay of $177, then I would seriously consider joining Derek’s program.

$47 a month is not much for your own online business and you will be learning from one of the best in the industry.

If you don’t have much money to start an online business, then watch the videos and take lots of notes.

Then research the methods you need to complete the 4 steps necessary to make money from selling your own information products.

Whatever you decide, you really should watch these videos because they really are ground-breaking and contain a ton of great information you can use immediately in your own business.

Let me know what you thought below…
