Why You Should Only Write Quality Articles

MOST people do not like writing articles and will NOT take the time and effort necessary to write one that will make them money.

One well written and structured 400 word article is worth far more than 10 or 20 spun PLR articles.

Paul Schmitt from Article Stars SuperNova wrote one article that has made him over $10,000 to date!

Sure, the chances of me and you doing the same are pretty slim, but it is certainly doable to make a few hundred dollars from one article and have that same article consistently making money because of its wide distribution and Google ranking.

You really need to put yourself in the place of the reader and imagine what your thoughts would be after reading an article on your chosen subject.

Have you provided the reader with some useful information they can actually use? Has it helped them in any way? Is your article any different from all the rest? Is it memorable? etc. etc.

The internet is full of junk content that has articles written by one person and re-written a hundred times over. Don’t ad to the cyber-junk by producing half baked articles. Spend an extra 45mins creating an article you are proud of.

If you do that often enough you WILL start seeing results through increased traffic, sales and opt-in subscribers. Do it right and it’s impossible NOT to!

Become An Expert

It is not difficult to become an expert in any market. If you simply research the subject and read a few books, you’ll know more than 90% of the people that are interested in that subject.

When you’ve taken the time to do a little research, you are in a position to write your own compelling articles that will get read and widely distributed.

You’re Not A Sales-Person

Your article has one purpose in its life and one purpose only – to get the reader to click on one of your links in the article or in the author’s bio at the end.

So your job is not to sell or even hint of selling. It is merely to provide enough curiosity for the reader to want to find out more.

Don’t even think of it as ‘pre-selling’. In fact try and banish the word ‘sell’ from your thoughts and just concentrate on providing great information.

You don’t want to give everything away in your article so the reader actually has all the information they need. You just need to provoke enough curiosity.

It takes time to learn how to write such an article and you’ll improve the more you write. You also need to make sure you choose the right market to write about. There’s no point researching a subject that doesn’t have some good products to promote. But it’s also worth looking at niche markets that aren’t already swamped with articles.

Writing articles and article marketing are skills that are worth studying and mastering, because the rewards are extremely high and it costs virtually nothing to get started.

You make some excellent points. For those of us the live on the net and literally from the content we generate on the net, our effectiveness is diluted by the proliferation of poorly written unreseached material that so many churn out. A word about research that may help other readers: I used to spend sometimes hours before beginning to write a piece. Then one day I had an epiphany. Now I write the article and then go online and do the research. That way I only research what I absolutely need to fill in the blanks of what I have written. It saves me hours, and the research is as fresh as can be.
